1) A timeline of major events between 1940 and 1945. Your timeline should have at least 15 events listed.
2) Choose three major turning points in the war. For each event you need to include the following information:
D-Day
Pearl Harbor
Hiroshima
- A brief summary of the event (who, what, where, why and how). 1 to 2 paragraphs
- Discuss how this event changed the course of the war and include discussion about how it changed the goals of specific countries. 1 to 2 paragraphs
- Include a minimum of one visual for each event (ex: paintings, political cartoons, old video or movie reels, propaganda, posters, pictures, etc.)
- Link one primary source to each event and discuss how the source played a role.

3) A map of Europe at the time of one of your turning points. Preferably a map that displays which powers were in control of which areas during the event you are discussing.
